Shipping policy

We print and fulfill all of our products on demand once you place an order.

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping and 14-21 days for international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days (domestic) or 14 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@culturereigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Currently, Culture Reigns has 6 separate shipping regions:

  • L, M, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands
  • P, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden
  • U, V–Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City

3. EFTA STATES

  • Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland

4. CANADA
5. AUSTRALIA / NZ
6. WORLDWIDE

  • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as Culture Reigns doesn't ship to these destinations.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Culture Reigns is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
